1. If you purchase our KidSafeBelt and you don't beleive this has served the purpose

Call Customer Care and Return the same within 3 days after you receive the same. The invoice amount will be refunded within 15 days after we get the product. Note that the product should not be damaged

2. If the product is damaged at the time of delivery

We do have our quality check. However incase of any damages in the process of delivery, please call up our customer care within 3 days and we will replace the product !
